We’re looking for an experienced Mailing & Print Production Operator to join a busy production team in Plymouth. If you have experience operating mailing or print production equipment, enjoy hands-on work, and know how important accuracy and deadlines are, this could be a great opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Operate mailing and production equipment, including inserters, postage meters, sorting machines, and related equipment
• Set up, monitor, and maintain equipment throughout production runs
• Process high-volume mailing and print projects accurately and efficiently
• Verify addresses, postage, sorting, and job specifications
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and make basic adjustments
• Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance
• Work with print, fulfillment, shipping, and production teams to meet deadlines
• Maintain USPS requirements, quality standards, and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of mailing, print production, fulfillment, or related machine operation experience
• Hands-on experience operating mailing, inserting, sorting, postage, or similar production equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
• Experience working in a high-volume production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
